The Sweeney Tarot was designed to read with reversals. Having the expected 78 cards, one could use any system of meanings with it. However Lee Bradford has put deep thought into the meanings of the Sweeney Tarot, making sure it is approachable by all and without occult or religious concerns that would restrict its audience or use.
Today’s cards: The Emperor [IV] (reversed), The Empress [III], & 8 of Wands (reversed).
There’s a difference between telling someone to do it and making sure that someone did it. You can blow off that long distance instruction all you want, but if she has to get up out of that chair, you’re going to find out how long it’s going to be before you can sit back down. A suggestion: Go do the thing and take however much time as it takes to do it right, the first time.
