How you got in the mess happened quickly. How you will get out of the mess, will not. Don’t lose hope, but work steadily and methodically towards restoration. It will be easy to fall into an emotional mess, and use those tears as excuse to not make any attempt at progress. But dealing with those emotions are part of the restoration.
