The Bosch Tarot will sometimes read direct, and sometimes it reads like a koan. It is a good deck for introspection and examination of internal motives.

And then there’s those times when I wonder if the cards are drunk.

Before you can start with the doing, make with the stopping. Put the tools down and be silent. Listen. What’s going on around you? Are you sure that’s all there is to it? Be still. Hear with your inner ear. Once you are focused on the task, pick up the tools and begin.
