Today’s cards: Ace of Wands, 7 of Pentacles, & The Seer [II].
You just got that new thing and you wanna take off at Mach Everything because the ease of the thing encourages you to go all in and all out. Don’t. If you launch now, your trajectory will send you right into the swamp on the other side of the fence. Come back and sit down. Mastery of the basics is as easy as mastering the alphabet, but it’s going to take more than a good reference book to master the thing itself. It’s going to take sitting with the thing to the point where you don’t know where you end and it begins. And that kind of intuition takes time to develop.
The Fey Tarot is the work of Mara Aghem. While the card names mostly track conventional tarot naming, the scenes differ from Pamela Coleman Smith’s renditions. Not all minors display the full pip count of their number. Rather, the scenes are meant to evoke the intuition of the reader rather than depend on long lists of regurgitated meanings. The Fey Tarot is ©Lo Scarabeo.
