What Does The Deck Say? April 23 2017

One of many Baraja Española decks, The Baraja Azteca is a 48 card deck of playing cards used for such games as Brisca, Tute, and Mus. This 48-card variant of the deck contains four suits; Oros (Coins), Bastos (Clubs), Espadas (Swords), and Copas (Cups). While the deck is made primarily for play, it functions well as a divination tool. Each reader uses their own personal understanding and intuition to interpret the cards.

Today’s cards: 3 Espadas, 6 Copas, & 10 Espadas.

Go ahead and get your panicking done and out of the way. You’re going to need a calm and reasoned head to make it out of the unpleasant circumstances about to pour over you. Your greatest challenge will be dealing with yourself and all the roller coaster emotions that make you feel like your blood is boiling. You may not be able to bring down the intensity of your reaction, but you can direct that flow of energy. Get ahead of it, and surf out that wave. When the storm subsides, you’ll find yourself further along than you had hoped.
