Today’s message is garbled (including this one) and it will be easy for others to goad you into filling your cup with emotions meant to drive you to actions that will work counter to your goals. Stop. Leave the cups alone (metaphorical and otherwise) and examine what you are being told. There is a kernel of truth to what you are hearing, but it is a truth that you can do anything with? If so, work it to your advantage. If not, leave it alone and take care of yourself.
