You tell yourself that it will all average out in the end and this is something you can walk away from at any time. You tell yourself that if you have a problem that you’ll seek help. You tell yourself all these things and more, but what you are telling yourself is disconnected from what you are doing. If someone else was doing and telling the things that you are doing and telling, what would you do for them? Go and do likewise for yourself.
