The Fey Tarot is the work of Mara Aghem. While the card names mostly track conventional tarot naming, the scenes differ from Pamela Coleman Smith’s renditions. Not all minors display the full pip count of their number. Rather, the scenes are meant to evoke the intuition of the reader rather than depend on long lists of regurgitated meanings.
Today’s cards: The Hermit, The Seer [II], & 9 of Chalices.
You say from your distant position, you are able to see the entire field of battle clearly. I say you are using your distance as an excuse not to be involved. Your place of safety is not as safe as you think it is, and at any moment the front line can cross between you and your desk with impunity. Keep yourself emotionally and intellectually distant for the sake of your sanity and self-care, yes! But do not mistake lack of primary action as justification to take no action at all. What action do you need to take? Use the sight granted by your distance to see where and how you can help. Help there.
