The Sweeney Tarot was designed to read with reversals. Having the expected 78 cards, one could use any system of meanings with it. However Lee Bradford has put deep thought into the meanings of the Sweeney Tarot, making sure it is approachable by all and without occult or religious concerns that would restrict its audience or use.

It’s not taking time for yourself that’s the problem. It’s how that is being perceived by others that is. While you should not be making other people’s happiness your personal priority, if you are involved in a job where perception of engagement is just as important as actual output, then your personal moments are shouts of rebellion. You still need to take care of yourself, but be careful not to offend those that sign the paychecks. (Not yet, anyway.)
