Do not mistake effective corrective actions as those great changes enacted at the last minute. While dramatic and flashy, those actions do not accomplish much in the long term. Instead, be mindful that the most effective corrective actions are those performed incrementally. Take note of the weather and take note of yourself. Make the little changes you need regardless if you feel like doing them. As you keep the habit of nurturing yourself, you will be better able to help those you care about make the changes they need as well.
