What Does The Deck Say? August 26, 2020

Today’s cards: 10 Copas, 10 Bastos, & 9 Copas.

No matter how much you tell yourself that you are prepared for whatever happens, you aren’t prepared for anything at all. That is not going to stop you. So before you jump, please (re)connect to your friends and family. Give them a connection that they can use to pull you back to safety. It is not bravery to go on without a way to come back, it’s foolishness.

A Baraja EspaƱola deck, the “Baraja Azteca – As de Oro” is a 48 card deck of playing cards used for such games as Brisca, Tute, and Mus. This 48-card variant of the deck contains four suits; Oros (Coins), Bastos (Clubs), Espadas (Swords), and Copas (Cups). While the deck is made primarily for play, it functions well as a divination tool. Each reader uses their own personal understanding and intuition to interpret the cards.
