No. It’s not safe. Nor is it comfortable. Some days are harder than others to do what you need to do for yourself so you can make it through the day. There will be many people who will tell you that you are doing it wrong because what you are doing to survive does not match their personal ideal. Fuck’em. The cards say do what you have to do to make it through today so you’ll still be here tomorrow.
